Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
